Greetings & Welcome!  Trust your August 2012 is concluding with revival and strength in your life.

This past weekend was very busy and I apologize that we are late in communicating.  Some great things happened and we are so thankful to the Lord Jesus for the work doing in our family and the church family.

The sanctuary class concluded the Revelation 22 "Last Message of the Bible" series with the lesson; "The Last Prayer of the Bible".  The word of the Lord came to the 11:00 AM session from Genesis 22; "A Place Called Provision".  The 6:30 PM session was overshadowed with a special strength as the Lord ministered to the FPC family by His word and Spirit in the message; "They Prevailed Not" from Revelation 12:7-9.

I encourage you to contact Brother Odis Lomax (odislomax@yahoo.com) and make plans to receive your personal copy (flash drive provided) of every sermon/lesson from calendar year 2011!  We are offering this for a special offering only.  The audio team is in need of some additional equipment and we see this a unique way to raise the needed $1500.

This coming Wednesday, August 29, the FPC family will continue to study the subjects of Holiness and Godliness.  Sunday's over and Wednesday's coming!!!  Make plans to join.

Blessings!

Sunday, August 12, 201`2

Welcome the First Pentecost Church informational blog!  Trust your summer is blessed with the Presence and Provision of the Lord Jesus Christ!

This second Sunday of August will be filled with the Favor and Goodness of God.  It is our prayer that you and yours will be able to join us as we come before the Presence of God.

The 9:45 AM sessions will include classes for all ages, Decatur county rest home service, and the sanctuary class second lesson in our Revelation 22 series.  We are very excited to receive the itinerant ministry of Rev. & Mrs. Philip Miller, Jackson, Tennessee in the 11:00 AM session.

I make a special appeal to all who consider FPC their home to be in the 6:30 PM service.  The present impression is that our Lord Jesus will speak to the FPC family in very special ways.  Please do your best to be there.

Get ready....Sunday coming!!

Greetings & Welcome!

August 2012 has begun in the power of the Spirit!  The Lord Jesus is working His perfect work in and among the FPC family and for that we are so very thankful.  Sister Burns and I encourage each of you to continue to seek the Lord and allow His Word and Spirit to transform our lives.

This Sunday the FPC family will receive the ministry of our dear friends, Rev. & Mrs. James Pearcy, Waynesboro, TN.   This family and ministry always leaves behind a blessing from the Lord.

The sanctuary class will begin a four part lesson series from Revelation 22.

Sunday, July 29, 2012

Greetings in Jesus and welcome!  We are so thankful that you have stopped by to see the great things the Lord is doing at First Penteocst.

This Sunday the sanctuary class will conclude the "Of Jesus Christ" teaching series with the lesson..."The Appearing of Jesus Christ" lifted from 1 Peter 1:3-9.

All classes will meet from 9:45 AM until 10:30 AM and then the VBS 2012 team are scheduled to recount the great things that have happened during VBS this week.

In the 11:00 AM session, I am prayerfully planning to release the Word of God and am believing that He will cause many to be filled and renewed in the baptism of the Holy Ghost!

We are excited to receive again our new friends Rev. & Mrs. Jeff Mallory, Maui, Hawaii in the 6:30 PM session.  Their ministry among us on July 18 was divinely timed and we believe the Lord is bringing them to us again!
